The hotel is perfect and huge with very courteous and exceptionally nice staff members. Great and perfect location, within walking distance of everywhere. Painless check-in, easy check-out.

The room is nicely furnished and silent.

The hotel has a convenient location, close to the yacht club. Also it is so close to the domestic terminal, bars, and the mactan international airport. The breakfast is extravagant and free with local as well as American cuisine and crabs, as for instance, and the service is very good.

Views are not very good.

The location in a comfortable area was great with nearby gift shops and a supermarket. I had coffee at Starbucks, which was within a 20-minute walk.- The restaurant was pleasant, and I enjoyed tasty dishes for dinner.

This hotel is good if you are flying out of Cebu the following day, it's just across the airport so you can rest or have fun late the night before,

The personnel at the hotel were consistently courteous and absolutely kind, providing excellent customer service. The Wheelchair Accessible room with a shower, soundproof windows, and bathroom was great. The location of the hotel was marvelous and perfect, especially being close to the casino. Additionally, I enjoyed the offerings at Scape Skydeck which was only 1 mile away from the venue.

The hotel is nicely appointed, with excellent service and hard-working staff. the breakfasts were extraordinary, with a variety of culinary options such as sashimi and American cuisine. the location is perfect, next to beautiful gardens and with easy access to the nearby island.

The complete service package from the time that you enter the lobby facility to check in until your departure, staff are outstanding, always willing to assist you ensuring that your stay is a memorable, not to mention the outstanding live shows within the casino. Great all round service - staff are to key to the success of this hotel.

The restaurant here was great for breakfast, we both ordered tasty dishes. It was in a magnificent location with consistently courteous and absolutely kind staff.

Location: the hotel was not far from the airport, macron beaches and good sleep and the nearest supermarket. I was there for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast. Really enjoyed stunningly beautiful views and wake-up service, available when you need it.

Facilities were quite modern, however Wi-Fi was very poor.
